Amanda (she/her) is a registered social worker through the SASW, license #6608 graduating from University of Regina, in 2021. Amanda is also an Art Therapist and Expressive Art Therapist graduating from Winnipeg Holistic Expressive Arts Therapy Institute in 2025. Amanda offers a safe, caring, confidential environment during sessions. Amanda offers counselling services to adults, couples, teens, children and families. Amanda prioritizes building strong rapport during sessions so clients can move forward in their healing journey with the least amount of barriers. We all experience trauma, rejection, fear and pain in our journey. This can negatively affect us psychologically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. If you desire freedom, past unresolved wounds or patterns may need to be addressed. Amanda specializes in supporting others who may be suffering from grief, family conflict, identity, abandonment, wounded inner child, low self-esteem, addiction, mental health, trauma, anxiety or abuse. During sessions Amanda walks alongside clients to meet them where they are at, providing support and resources to build the tools to find strength and power within themselves to heal. Amanda’s counseling methods come from a strength-based, holistic and trauma-informed approach. Knowing that with guidance every client has the answers within them.
